We have been in the civil engineering business since 2008 under the business name DALOT and as we recorded success, we became incorporated under the name DALOT SERVICES LIMITED and extended our services to the oil and gas industry in 2018. It is the registered name of the company and is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Thus we are empowered to do business legitimately and relate to our associates and clients as an entity.

DALOT SERVICES LIMITED does not have any outstanding, potential or pending litigation against her or any litigation involving us that could have an adverse impact upon the work.

DALOT SERVICES LIMITED is registered with the department of petroleum resources (DPR) to carry out anxilliary services and offshore marine survey services.

DALOT SERVICES LIMITED has Joint Venture and Joint Operating agreements with some companies in Nigeria and UK partners as vehicles for Technology and Market Access in the globalized market place.

While we are completing processes to acquire more equipment, our partners are readily available to provide other geophysical survey equipment such as the need arises and within the shortest time frame. Our positioning and geophysical equipment are readily available and in house.
QUALITY POLICY

The Quality Assurance is to provide a description of our believes and the philosophy used for implementation of services.

We have established and maintain a Quality Management System to achieve the contractual requirements for all our clients and specific quality management system for projects in accordance with client’s quality requirements. See our quality policy in the appendix.

SAFETY POLICY

We carry out business in strict compliance with the laid down policies with respect to Health, safety and from any exposure to danger. We strive always to consciously minimize to a large extent damage to property, human being, and the environment. See our HSE policy in the appendix.
